StormCon expressly prohibits the dismantling of exhibits prior to 12:45 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2008.

Booth Space Rental

Booth space units are available in 8-foot by 10-foot sizes (8 feet deep by 10 feet wide) at $2,400.00 each.

• 8-foot background drape and 3-foot side drapes
• One (1) 6-foot draped table, two (2) side chairs, and wastepaper basket
• One (1) 7-inch by 44-inch, single-line booth identification sign
• Listing in the official StormCon Conference Guide
• A post-event list of all conference attendees
• Two (2) tickets to both sponsored luncheons scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, and Wednesday, August 6, 2008
• Unlimited admission to the morning Opening Keynote Session scheduled for August 5, 2008
• Admission to all sponsored coffee-break and afternoon mixer functions
• Unlimited admission to the evening Opening Gala Reception scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2008

Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and invoiced net 30 days. All booth personnel must register in order to receive their badge and conference information.
