CONTECH Names Lee Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

( WEST CHESTER, OH, October 2007) CONTECH Construction Products Inc. announced today Jeffrey S. Lee has joined CONTECH as senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective October 15, 2007.  Lee will assume financial and information technology management aspects of the company’s operations and provide leadership for CONTECH’s strategic business planning efforts.  Lee will also assume functional reporting responsibility for multiple CONTECH departments including: financial operations, corporate compliance, payroll, financial accounting, treasury and information technology.

            Lee comes to CONTECH from Kennametal Inc. where he was CFO of its $1.7 billion Metalworking Solutions and Services Group where he maintained global financial responsibility for 41 manufacturing plants, 10,000 employees and 350 finance professionals including CFOs in India, Switzerland, Singapore and the Americas. Prior to that, Lee held several financial positions at Eaton Corporation, most recently operations controller for its $1.3 billion aerospace business.
            Lee holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from Duke University.
